Picked this up at pax unplugged, then got it again through the bundle. It's a super neat, very grounded concept, with a nice bit of rules-lite crunch. If the GM isn't from/familiar with Romania, they may want to do a bit of background reading so they can better bring the setting to life, but it feels perfectly possible to just pick up the game and run it after a quick readthrough.
